EXPECTED DELIVERY

When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days within the United States for International orders, you can expect to receive your order within 11-14 business days. RETURN POLICY

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INVOICE BEFORE PLACING A RETURN!! Make sure the items you received match what you ordered on your invoice. Merchandise may only be returned if we have made an error and sent you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. Returns are only accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs. 

All orders must be authorized for return before they are sent through mail. Please do not send your order for a return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances. To get authorization on a return, please contact us via e-mail, have your order number available along with the date of which the order was placed, which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return. On all returns, items must be in their original form. A copy of your invoice and authorization must be included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the item(s) have any sign of wear, misuse or damage, unless already noted prior to mailing. Returns take approximately 1 week for processing after your return is received. We appreciate your patience.
